Adding Stock Images
You can access and add stock images anytime you see the Add Media function - from the Content Manager or while you’re editing interactives and courses.
From the Content Manager, click the + New button and select Assets from the drop-down list.
In the Add Media window, select the Stock Assets tab:
Enter a keyword search for the subject you are looking for. For example, enter "dog" in the Search field.
Select one or more images to add to the Content Manager; the radio button for each image is checked and the image turns opaque to show it has been selected.
Click the Add button and the image will be added to the Content Manager, ready to be used in your widgets and courses.
Stock Image Metadata
Once an image has been added to the Content Manager, you can view its information.
Select the asset you wish to modify by clicking on the asset name. Then, click the Asset Information button in the Filter Toolbar.
A panel will open on the right side that allows you to view the asset information.
- You will see information including asset type, format, size, and dimensions.
- For stock images, the original rights and sources will be captured and uneditable. Other metadata will be editable by you.
- Stock images will come already tagged. You can add your own tags as well.
