The knowbly™ course editor has several toolbars depending on the task at hand.

Course Toolbar
When editing a course, the Course Toolbar displays above the left panel:
- Themes - See the current Theme or browse to choose a different theme
- Commenting - See comments from team members
- Blocks - Display options for adding blocks
- Settings - See settings for individual blocks
- Course Structure - Access the Course Structure to add pages and/or edit the course navigation.
- Edit Structure - Open the Course Structure for Editing
Editing Toolbar
When you click inside of a block to edit, the Editing Toolbar will activate.
The toolbar is similar to many text editors; you should recognize some if not all of the icons. If you are unfamiliar with what an icon does, hover your cursor over the icon to view a pop-up definition.

Table Toolbar
When you click inside of a table heading or row to edit it, the Table Toolbar displays standard options for table-editing.

Block Toolbar
When you click inside a block, the Block Toolbar displays in the selected block:

Media Tools
- Use the accessibility icon to access options - for example adding a Long Description.
- Use the arrows icon to replace the image with a new image.
Preview Toolbar
When you preview your widget or course (by clicking the Preview button), the Preview Toolbar displays. This allows you to choose which display format is used for the preview.

Course Commenting
From within a course in editing mode: Access the comments menu from any block. Click on the Options menu (three dots) and select Course Comments to see all comments from the course in a single log.
