To save time, you can perform several actions in batches, modifying multiple assets at one time.
To select multiple assets for batch-processing, use one of these common methods:
- For contiguous assets, click the first one, hold the SHIFT key down and then select the last asset.
- For non-contiguous assets, hold down the CTRL key and then click on each desired asset.
In the example below three assets have been selected on the first row.
Once you have selected multiple assets, three icons will appear at the bottom of the window.
To copy selected assets, click the first icon.
To delete selected assets, click the last icon.
To tag selected assets, click the middle icon. In the Batch Tags screen, you can choose to add a tag to all the assets at once. You might use this function to add project names, ownership, in addition to keywords for finding the assets at a later time.
Note: You can also choose the AUTO TAG feature at this time.
Click the Add button to add your desired tag(s) to the selected assets.
