When you open the Knowbly Plugin it will launch with a default view of the assets stored in your knowbly Content Manager.

The top bar includes your menu and search options.
Click the menu icon in the upper left to open the main application menu. You can choose from:
- New Widget: Create a brand new widget (interactive learning object) directly from the plugin. This new widget will automatically be added to the Content Manager in your knowbly account when saved.
- Assets: This is the default navigation view. Click to see all the currently available assets and widgets in your Content Manager.
- Stock Photos: Choose from a million free stock images to immediately place in your LMS. Stock photos added directly to your content via the knowbly plugin will not be added/stored in your Content Manager.
To access your Account options, click the Menu icon in the upper left. From here you can directly contact support, add a feature request, change your workspace, or sign out. You can also always contact support for the Plugin directly at email@example.com.
Searching and Filtering
In Assets view, it is easy to search and filter for the exact asset you are looking for.
Click the Puzzle icon in the upper left to open the main application menu and choose Assets.
In the search bar, use keywords to search the Content Manager metadata, including asset title, author, description, or tags. If you enter more than one search term, toggle on the Match Exact button to find an exact match for all those words, or toggle off to match any of the terms.
To the right of the search bar you can find tools to help you sort and filter your assets. .
Use the filter button to return one specific type of asset.
Use the user button to choose to see all assets in the Content Manager, or only the assets you created.
Use the sort button to order the assets by last-updated date, created date, or alphabetically.
