You can add a URL from Knowbly™ content in Google Classroom
Link to Widget by URL
You can add a URL to a post in Google Classroom that references a Knowbly widget.
- In Knowbly, choose a widget you’d like to publish from the Content Manager. Hit the 3 dot option menu in the upper right of the widget tile, and choose the publish arrow.
-
The publishing window will open. Select the Embed tab at the top. Then select the portion of the embed code containing only the URL pointed to by the src tag. For example, if the embed code is the following:
<iframe width="840" height="730" src="https://embed.knowblyapp.com/embed/accordion/5b6c99206060160007af4494" ></iframe>
Copy just the portion with the URL, which from the above example would be:
https://embed.knowblyapp.com/embed/accordion/5b6c99206060160007af4494
-
Within Google Classroom, select the course that should include the widget, and within a standard post add the url copied in step 2 and click on post. The URL will allow a user to review the widget in a new window when clicked on.
Link to Course by URL
-
Any Web Standard course can be hosted on a server as html (see Web Standard Package article). The course can be linked to in a post by URL exactly as described in step 3 of “Link to Widget by URL” above.
